City Manager, Nina Regor, is also the City Clerk for the City of Cloverdale. The City Clerk's duties include:
- Maintaining official City records
- Conducting Town elections
- Ensuring compliance with the Brown Act noticing requirements
- Filing economic interest and campaign statements
- Providing informatio nand service to the public
- Providing access to public records for review
- Providing staff and administrative support to the City Council
- Administers the Oath of Office for City Council and Planning Commissioners
